We received a frying pan with defects (stain approx. 10cm grey with stars +1 black stripe running across the bottom of the pan. We contacted the service department twice. They got back to us asking for clarification, then nothing. This does not correspond to the TV report, where the slightest stain would send the pan to the scrap heap!!!!

The stripes you see on your stove are not a quality defect. It's just the material, and in no way affect your product.
We would like to emphasize that our stove is made of raw steel, which makes it an exceptionally robust product. Rough steel is renowned for its durability and strength, and may naturally show slight marks which in no way affect the performance of the pan.
