Sauteuse...24 cm very nice item ...but disappointed because the bottom does not measure 24 cm ..since the pan is flared the 24 cm is at the top . It changes everything . and too expensive to return . Best regards.

Easy to order and reasonably fast delivery. Overall, a quick, competent, and good process. Unfortunately, one star less because the packaging for a heavy pan was somewhat inadequate. The handle slightly protruded from the package and was slightly damaged. A separate wrapping at the end of the handle would have been very helpful. Otherwise, 5 stars and I would gladly order again.

It's French, it's made in the Vosges, it's good, it's not my first pots that I buy, but a small downside, I think you shouldn't buy steel for the hair because it rusts a lot when put in the dishwasher. The complaint I have again is that DE BUYER is not very customer-friendly when purchasing a product worth 400 € or more, the least they could do would be to include a cleaning box in the shipment... When you buy a handbag of value, often the leatherworker GIVES a cleaning product... Not very customer-friendly... I have purchased over 3000 € worth of cooking equipment from Cuivre inox and never received a commercial gesture from DE BUYER
