Delighted with my purchase. Received the pans beautifully packaged. Everything was as ordered. After a few days of use, I'm satisfied with the cooking quality. I haven't yet mastered the art of making omelettes that don't stick. It would have been nice if I'd received a message giving me an idea of delivery times as soon as I ordered. To be improved to make the customer experience more pleasant. I didn't know if my order was being processed.

Hello, I'm not particularly satisfied with the purchase of this frying pan, even though I know the brand to be a guarantee of quality. I bought an extreme shock frying pan for optimum durability, but after 4 uses I noticed scratches and also a tear in the coating. I'm very disappointed, especially as I was very careful to wash it by hand, store it in its cover and not to use stainless steel or other tools.

Lack of finish, sharp handle rings (had to be deburred to avoid any cuts), the edge of the 2 stoves had suffered knocks. Handles conduct too much heat, protection mandatory. Nothing to do with my old "Priority" series, which was top-notch. I would have preferred less luxurious packaging and better pans. Very poor value for money. Sincerely, Dominique MARTIN

The delivery time was very long: even if you are warned, it's a shame not to plan for a peak in activity at a key sales period. And what can I say about the packaging? The cardboard box was more than excessively large, and the product packaging far too modest for its price (a simple net)!

No problem with the pepper mill, but I can't grind salt with the salt mill, making it useless. We've tried several types of salt with no results. Could you suggest a solution?

Stainless-steel graduated measure, whose main function is to pour out the liquid you've just measured...insufficiently shaped pourer, unstable jet, you get it everywhere!!! All this for over 56 Euros. Very disappointed!

Hello, I had ordered a 28 cm inner diameter pan and I received a 20 cm pan because there is an error in the dimensions of the description of the pans. I hope this error will be corrected. I was able to benefit from a commercial gesture and the error will be repaired. On the other hand, I received a steel crêpe pan and there's a part that won't stick, so the pancakes stick. It's impossible to get the non-stick effect on this pan, which I've prepared several times with oil as recommended on the instructions. On the other hand, steaks cook well in this crêpe pan! So I'm not satisfied with this steel product, which is supposedly anti-adhesive.

Carton arrived broken and the handle of my frying pan completely out of the box and obviously it took a shock so I find it a shame to receive a package like that at the price of items. And I contacted the service but no more answer

Mineral B stoves are very disappointing. They stick, are difficult to bake and stain the pans. Also very difficult to clean. Considering the price, it's a regrettable purchase.
