Great products! Nevertheless, the indicated delivery time of a few working days has not been met at all. It would be nice to send an e-mail to inform you of the delay or progress of the order.

Impeccable customer service contact. Fast and careful delivery. I took one pan for searing and one for simmering. Also the lid which fits the second one. The pans feel good in the hand and are pleasant to use.
