The complaint I have again is that DE BUYER is not very customer-friendly when purchasing a product worth 400 € or more, the least they could do would be to include a cleaning box in the shipment... When you buy a handbag of value, often the leatherworker GIVES a cleaning product... Not very customer-friendly... Hello, Product conforms and is well finished; very careful packaging. The only small downside: the cryptograms regarding the use on induction cooktops. It's not very clear even though the product label indicates it... even if mentioned in the online description (which I didn't read because what looks most like a copper basin than another copper basin).

The Alchimy cookware set completely meets my expectations. These are products of excellent quality. However, there is a disappointment regarding the ALCHIMY glass lid Ø 28cm (ref: 3428.28) purchased to accompany the CHOC EXTREME LOQY non-stick sauté pan Ø 28cm (ref: 8365.28). Unfortunately, it does not stay in place on the sauté pan.

For two neoprene sleeves (9.40 € each) for a 20 cm / 7 cm / 1 cm pan, weighing 29g each, I receive a box of 30 cm / 40 cm / 15 cm, stuffed with paper and bubble wrap.. Is it really necessary when at the Post Office you can find envelopes (Kraft paper envelope 90 g - 162 x 229 = +/- 5 € including tax each + 1 stamp pro rate 2.39 € so 7.39 € plus 18.80 € including tax for purchase = A purchase of 26.19 € instead of 28.70 € I do not count the induced costs of recycling and management of selective sorting set up by our intercommunity (and thus one star less) To conclude on a positive note, this sleeve is really a plus to avoid unexpected burns!

The quality of the products is indisputable but De Buyer is very unaccommodating. Given the prices they charge, it would be appropriate to include a small maintenance box for the copper... But perhaps this commercial gesture could put the company De Buyer in financial difficulty given the price of this very small maintenance box.

Fast delivery and good packaging of the ordered products. The only small downside was that the cardboard protection of a lid was stuck in the stainless steel latch. By contacting customer service, I eventually got clarification on the type of key to use to unscrew and remove the piece of cardboard.

The delivered plastic fish spatula could have been a bit bigger and longer. The quality impression, in my opinion, falls short compared to other stainless steel products, e.g., the Affinity series. As far as I know, De Buyer sources plastic products from a supplier. But my dealer kindly gave me a fish spatula yesterday, which initially seemed unavailable. This reconciled me more than anything else.
