Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a product I recently purchased from you. I used the product for the first time, scrupulously following the instructions provided. Unfortunately, to my great disappointment, I found rust stains after cleaning it with water. This product, which is also very expensive, did not meet my expectations or the quality I usually associate with your brand. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with our product. We would like to point out that our stoves are made of raw steel, which makes them extremely robust. Our stoves have no surface treatment to protect them from rust. It is possible for a steel pan to rust.
