The only negative point was the gigantic size (approx. 15 liters) of the packaging compared to the 2 small items delivered.

the pan was pitted when I called your services the person told me to rub it with steel wool which I did, still the same condition then I lined it and on the electric plate it simply blackened not happy at all. I'd like to say that I'd already bought the very large frying pan from you and had no problems.

Good products, but disappointed with the stickers which are so difficult to remove from the bottom of the pans. Even after the first wash, the round mark remains. It's a pity for such beautiful products that the first experience with the utensils is so unpleasant.
