Order lost in the post. De buyer refuses to take care of anything and I'm left to fend for myself (even though they are legally responsible for the parcel until I receive it). This Christmas present probably won't be under the tree. Next time I'll go through Amazon.

Overall satisfied with the quality of the Alchimy range, but disappointed with the stainless steel lids offered, which come from the Prim'appetit range and don't fit the pans well. Glass lids fit better.

Very good except for the delivery via colissimo which did not deliver to the relay point (near my home) as planned but to the post office - not having a vehicle, it was difficult and painful to cross the city with this large box. You should change carriers

Perfect for whipping up egg whites and whipped cream... with elbow grease. Today's electric beaters are not so efficient. Their whisks are now thick and square, rather than thin and round as they used to be (probably for reasons of industrial profitability).

Hello, Disappointed because surprised by several features that I did not imagine. 1- I ordered pans with a diameter of 20cm as indicated on the site. But when I received them, I noticed that they were 20cm in diameter at the top and 14cm at the bottom, whereas my wish was to have two pans 20cm in diameter at the bottom. The description on the website is not precise enough. 2- I discovered that the pans do not have a non-stick coating, and that I had to do the basting myself. This specificity is not obvious to the uninitiated. On the other hand, it's obvious that these stoves are of very high quality, but I don't use them because they're too complicated for me. Regarding the size of the pans, we understand your dissatisfaction with the difference in diameter between the top edge and the bottom. We recognize that this can be disconcerting, and will take steps to make this information more explicit to avoid future misunderstandings.
Regarding the non-stick coating, we're sorry you were surprised by its absence. Our pans are made of steel, which makes them ideal for browning, searing and grilling food. They do, however, need to be tumbled to obtain a non-stick surface.
