I would have liked to find in the package a notice explaining how to season and maintain the mineral steel pan. Moreover, offering the small salt shaker is a nice gesture: let's say it would have been more appreciated if there had been the pepper shaker. Given the amount spent on 2 pans and a handle, what do you think?
