how can I leave a review with so little experience of the equipment??? if not, it's a beautiful frying pan and stewpot. my downside is the products, whether or not they're available on the site, it's not easy to get everything together! there's always a few things missing and at €10 shipping costs! The pot is great, like everything else I've bought from De Buyer. On the other hand, ordering on the website is a real pain! It's riddled with bugs, I had to change browsers several times, copy/paste urls directly to avoid error pages, and then be greeted by a pop-up to validate that I'm not a robot... you'd expect a warmer welcome from a commercial site.

I am satisfied with the roasting result. However, I do have handling problems: The pan is heavy. When I try to pour out the contents, I can't hold the pan with one hand. The handle is too thin for this. Either an ergonomic handle or an additional handle on the other side would be needed. I would not order this pan again. Unfortunately.
