I bought an extreme shock frying pan for optimum durability, but after 4 uses I noticed scratches and also a tear in the coating. Lack of finish, sharp handle rings (had to be deburred to avoid any cuts), the edge of the 2 stoves had suffered knocks. Handles conduct too much heat, protection mandatory. The delivery time was very long: even if you are warned, it's a shame not to plan for a peak in activity at a key sales period. And what can I say about the packaging? the center area of the pan does not heat up the way the outer parts of the pan heat up... so the pancake/crepe sticks and doesn't cook. It may be defective.
