Fully satisfied with the purchase - I chose the glass lid for visual control of cooking - very rapid distribution of even heat: fried at the edges as well as in the center - does not stick - very easy to clean by hand: sponge + washing-up liquid - incredibly light - a very pretty bowl: can be placed directly on the table in the midst of guests In conclusion: a "top-of-the-range" bowl.

We bought this fait tout as a wedding gift. We paid over 140€ and clearly didn't read the descriptive very well. It came without a lid...who sells a fait tout without a lid....and for that amount of money? Shameful.
