Delays before dispatch of parcel exaggerated compared with the responsiveness of other Ecommerce sites. It took an e-mail alert to trigger delivery. It's also a pity that discount codes don't exist on the France site. At this price level, customers expect more, otherwise they might as well go through the American giant.

I bought 2 knives, and I'm really delighted with my purchase. I'd been wanting to buy quality knives for a while, so I could enjoy cooking. Challenge met! On the other hand, the packaging is really disgraceful and I weigh my words. I received a parcel measuring about 60cm by 40cm and 20cm high for a paring knife and a chef's knife. Frankly, I understand the need to protect knives, but you can't go overboard.
