An ABSOLUTELY PERFECT order every step of the way : Tracked delivery. A high quality product. Exceptional care taken with the packaging, right down to the bag protecting the 28 cm sauté pan. At this level of quality and service, the only possible area for improvement would be acceptance of the PayPal system in the types of payment offered. THANK YOU.

Well that's good, I received my order and it was packaged, in short it was a success frankly I do not know what to say more. The guy at the relay point, well that's not your problem, and the package, well that's your job and you know how to do it, so I guess I don't really have anything to say. Apart from that, it's up to you if you really have to read all the reviews we send you, because it must be a long process.

Good products, but disappointed with the stickers which are so difficult to remove from the bottom of the pans. Even after the first wash, the round mark remains. It's a pity for such beautiful products that the first experience with the utensils is so unpleasant.
