just a lack of information telling us that the old FX2 clasps don't quite fit with the new FX2 fasteners, which means extra orders and extra costs.

Package delivered quickly but not with the right extension cord. Very bad communication from the service. One week to answer my complaint email then nothing. Total silence. Otherwise very good sign when everything goes well, but bad experience for this purchase. Really disappointed.
