For a first order, a big failure. 12 kg soy flour bought, 3kg delivered .......
Package delivered quickly but not with the right extension cord. Very bad communication from the service. One week to answer my complaint email then nothing. Total silence. Otherwise very good sign when everything goes well, but bad experience for this purchase. Really disappointed.

Terrible delivery with GLS. If you don't walk down from the second floor fast enough the delivery guy has already left. Bill in the bus you may make a new appointment. What a worthless courier. For this reason I will never order anything through this website again.

Deconinck no problem, but the carrier was not able to deliver my order because ...I don't know). The Deconinck customer service was able to send me back my order as soon as possible ...satisfied overall
