Hello, I appreciated the speed of delivery from my order which was complete, just a small downside with the largest package (as it was delivered in two packages due to the weight of my purchases so normal) it was a bit torn so I checked it at the pickup point, it was just the 3kg bag of Belgian coconut that was punctured so 1/4 of the bag spilled in the package that I was able to recover by transferring it into a container, so nothing serious. Best regards

Very disappointed. My order arrived with the boilies full of moisture, the box split open and a bag torn inside. All the seeds are mixed together. I have to leave for a fishing trip and don’t have time to return the product, so I have to buy more elsewhere, which I hadn’t planned on. Their solution? Sort out the mixed seeds and send back the unused bags after the holidays. A complete disaster. Discounts are great, but quality matters more.

Really thank you, after many orders placed with you, always delivered very quickly, clean and neat. You are my number 1 site for express deliveries and your many products. The only thing I had to point out which is probably my fault, but for everything that requires air connections you should sell adapters and specify if it is European, Japanese, etc... Because following an order of a pneumatic gun the air connections are Japanese so unsuitable for European compressors. But apart from that nothing to say you are the best.

This is not the first time I order on your site. Always so good. I ordered before with another email. But I can't log in. I changed accounts.
