Shipping was delayed for a long time. Although they communicated this to me after I made the purchase (very attentive service), I expected some kind of compensation for the delay. The paper is very beautiful and there is a lot of variety to choose from the best brands on the market.

I received the samples I requested (VERY QUICKLY) but the color that arrived was not what I expected, I was looking for something more light pink for my daughter's room... The design is very nice but the color is too strong in my opinion :( I will buy more samples to see if I find the color I am looking for, I would like to wallpaper and have everything ready before Christmas.

We feel deceived by the return policy. In no case did we interpret that the wallpaper could not be returned. Since the warning only informs you about the paper's dyeing issue, not because it cannot be returned... poor information on the website. We would never have bought a paper that could not be returned.
