My first experience with this supplier is being bad. I placed the order on August 13 and 10 days later I have not received it. I don't know if it's their fault or the carrier's, but I am the one who is affected.
Translated reviews
Response from Deco&you
Hello Ana,

We are very sorry that your first experience was not ideal. We completely understand your concern about the delivery time.

We want to clarify that, as indicated on the sample page, shipping times are usually 15 to 30 days, depending on the supplier and the logistics service of each one. We know that these times can be long and we are working to improve them whenever possible.

Still, we would be happy to review your specific case and give you all the updated information about the status of your order. You can contact us directly and we will manage it with you so that you receive your sample as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to improve.
