Delivery as ordered, very nice fresh flowers, it was a mourning wreath that was delivered directly to the cemetery where the ceremony took place; I am very satisfied and recommend this company.

Flowers were never delivered. I had to ask the person who was suppose to receive them, if they had arrived and was disappointed to find that they hadn't been delivered. I contacted Des Fleurs who said that they florist had "forgotten" to deliver them as they had been so busy with mothers' day orders! Very disappointing but they arranged for them to be delivered the following day. However, this was not my mother in laws birthday and were a day late. Not sure if I'll use this service again...

The flower cushion I ordered for a funeral was not delivered by the florist: I saw it because I was there, but the flowers were noted as delivered on the site... I therefore made a claim and was reimbursed. But if I had not been presented, I would have believed that the flowers had been delivered and would not have made a claim or been reimbursed!

Hello, we are sorry for the error of our florist (he omitted the delivery and validated the delivery by inattention). We would have had the verification at the time of the invoicing this one would have seen well that it had not treated the order by error, and if you had not been on the spot you would not have received the thanks of the Family what would have also allowed us to detect this problem. I ordered in the ring for an afternoon delivery. Did not happen. Was delivered the next morning. That aside, the bouquet delivered was not the bouquet I ordered. Not the same flowers, not the same colors. I ordered the Mother’s Day bouquet—received a bouquet with a mix of flowers I would never ever send.

I placed my order from Fiji to be delivered to a dear friend in France and this shop was excellent! They were quick to get in touch with me to confirm my order and my friend received her flowers the next day! Great service and super efficient! I definitely recommend.

The sheaf ordered was delivered on the date indicated and seemed to be in conformity with the order (photo). The website is not very efficient and does not respond to requests to change the password. The after-sales service by telephone is however very reactive and efficient.

The flowers were delivered half a day late but above all did not correspond at all to the bouquet chosen on the internet and the family of the deceased saw a bouquet arrive with red roses while the initial one was in pastel pinks and whites. First and last time I will order on this site, the only positive point is that they respond to emails, it is not a ghost company.

We are sorry, but as we confirmed to you, your composition was delivered on the requested date, albeit 35 minutes late because it was delivered at 1:35 pm (instead of before 1:00 pm, as requested in the morning) and given to the person in charge of the funeral home. As for the roses you mentioned, you made the claim after several days without being able to provide a photo that would have allowed us to process your claim. However, we have made a friendly gesture in your favour by reimbursing you the delivery costs.
