Message cards do not necessarily remain on the bouquets. Funeral directors usually number the messages and flowers and hand them over to the family at the end of the ceremony.

They confirmed via email the date and time for delivery for a Birthday gift, but failed to deliver. We needed to follow-up from both Australia and France. Disappointing.

I had my doubts about the quality of service when I had a bouquet of flowers delivered by mail order, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd go with my eyes closed. The service was fast (the same day) and the heart was magnificent! Many thanks to "AUX FLEURS DES ROUTES" in TOULON for this magnificent arrangement.
