The flowers were delivered half a day late but above all did not correspond at all to the bouquet chosen on the internet and the family of the deceased saw a bouquet arrive with red roses while the initial one was in pastel pinks and whites. First and last time I will order on this site, the only positive point is that they respond to emails, it is not a ghost company.

We are sorry, but as we confirmed to you, your composition was delivered on the requested date, albeit 35 minutes late because it was delivered at 1:35 pm (instead of before 1:00 pm, as requested in the morning) and given to the person in charge of the funeral home. As for the roses you mentioned, you made the claim after several days without being able to provide a photo that would have allowed us to process your claim. However, we have made a friendly gesture in your favour by reimbursing you the delivery costs.

I placed my order late on Saturday night and had my doubts that the flowers would be delivered the next day as promised on the website (flowers for my grandmother's 95th birthday, coinciding with Mother's Day!). What joy on my part and my grandmother's part when the beautiful bouquet was delivered on Sunday afternoon. Just in time for her birthday AND Mother's Day! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Hello, We are very surprised by your note, indeed our florist has indeed made a reversal of delivery of your cushion and a cut of plants between two funeral homes on the town, when you called us before the ceremony the florist immediately went on site to rectify the error and he offered you the cut of plants in addition to your cushion ordered ... there was therefore no damage to the ceremony. But perhaps you do not accept that the error is human, but from the moment there is no damage and the error is immediately repaired, we can be a little indulgent. Customer service
