What a wonder service you provided, very professional and prompt. Your order concerned an isolated town (01300 Murs et Gélignieux) to which our local florist was unable to deliver due to the distance. We refunded the bouquet and had a bouquet delivered free of charge at our expense by a carrier, we are sorry for your disappointment but no florist accepts to deliver to this town.
