You could have contacted us with a complaint and a photo of the bouquet if you felt it did not match our offer. We remain at your entire disposal

We would like to be able to operate like this, but like all florists, we are unable to do so because the price of flowers varies every day according to the prices, supply and demand, and so the price of flowers is constantly changing.
