Ordered internationally after finding Des Fleurs Comme J'aime in a Google search for flowers - Mazamet. The French recipient of the flowers was delighted with the selection and arrangement - great, as I just outlined her circumstances and the professionals at Des Fleurs interpreted he right colours, arrangement etc. No language hassles (English is my usual language). Extremely disappointed and do not recommend at all! I paid for a large bouquet to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day and that is not what arrived, In addition to the size half the roses were old and dying. I sent an email to the florist to express my disappointment at what arrived in comparison to the price, but I did not receive an email back. I do not recommend anyone buys from this place, not a good value for money and extremely poor service. If I could put 0 stars I would.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but our florist found himself out of some of the flowers in the chosen bouquet at the last minute. He made a bouquet of fresh flowers from his Saturday morning arrival (the day before), which were certainly different in color but of quality. We have proceeded to a partial refund of your order to please you. Best regards.
