Flowers were not delivered on time. Flowers were not at all like the picture....!!!!

We would like to be able to operate like this, but like all florists, we are unable to do so because the price of flowers varies every day according to the prices, supply and demand, and so the price of flowers is constantly changing.

The chosen bouquet was never delivered. A replacement bouquet was sent 3 days later. But it was originally a surprise for a birthday party that was completely missed

Your order concerned an isolated town (01300 Murs et Gélignieux) to which our local florist was unable to deliver due to the distance. We refunded the bouquet and had a bouquet delivered free of charge at our expense by a carrier, we are sorry for your disappointment but no florist accepts to deliver to this town.
