They confirmed via email the date and time for delivery for a Birthday gift, but failed to deliver. We needed to follow-up from both Australia and France. Disappointing.

Very good, bouquet corresponds to the photo, delivery on time. However, to be at the top of my game, I would need a delivery confirmation.

Thank you, perfect delivery from the partner company to the destination city. I was informed of this delivery, and my order was respected in every respect. This enabled me to alleviate the difficulty of the ceremony for which the flowers were intended, the celebration of a departed person.

I asked for a small photo of the bouquet to be sent to my cell phone and, unlike my other orders, I didn't receive anything. How disappointing!

I had my doubts about the quality of service when I had a bouquet of flowers delivered by mail order, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd go with my eyes closed. The service was fast (the same day) and the heart was magnificent! Many thanks to "AUX FLEURS DES ROUTES" in TOULON for this magnificent arrangement.

The service was excellent. The selection of flowers and the floral arrangement was beautiful. To top it off the message which I had typed, was hand written on to the card in beautiful script by the florist. All of which touched my wife.
