I have been waiting for my order for 14 days!!!

Everything went great, but the result was not satisfactory and the item was simply too expensive for that.

Delivery time is way too long

Instead of 2-3 working days, I waited 3 weeks and had to assume that my order had gone wrong, even though the money had already been withdrawn. No one responded to my email.

We have been ordering from you for a long time. Everything is perfectly fine.

The process/purchase was quick, uncomplicated and also cost-effective with you. All in all very good.

The promised delivery date was not met. Only after an email request was the order processed.

I ordered and also paid for a neutral shipment. The box had several large, clear stickers of the original contents. This does not match my idea of a neutral shipment. Especially one that you pay extra for!

The shipment was delivered with a very long delay.

Shipping took way too long, I ordered elsewhere later and it was there earlier.

The delivery has still not arrived despite multiple announcements. I also cannot really determine a reliable arrival date in the shipment tracking.

The shipment was not complete; the error was presumably with the carrier (DPD). It took x emails to get things moving and clarify the situation. There were 2 trips necessary to pick up the goods, taking about 1/2 hour, totaling 13 days. It's a shame, the information regarding the transport tracking was actually not bad; but the mistake was presumably with DPD.

Yesterday you pay for the goods in advance, but receive nothing. There is no response to several follow-up emails. So far, no goods, no response, and no money back.

The templates create the impression that the material composition has changed for some time. In my feeling, they have become harder and press in the sensitive intimate area; moreover, the absorbency seems to have decreased.

Delivery took 2! weeks! Such delivery times should be clearly indicated by a business.

I have only received 1 out of 7 ordered packages so far. Unfortunately, no feedback on my email either.

The items are satisfactory. The delivery via DPD is not at all. But if the house number is missing, this can only be partially blamed on DPD. With my call on the day of the promised delivery, June 10, to DPD, this could be corrected. However, the tracking leaves much to be desired, on one hand, on the other hand, despite another call on Wednesday, June 11, I was finally able to receive the item, but ONLY on Friday afternoon at the parcel shop. (The tracking provided delayed information and incorrect details, e.g. supposedly a total of 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, during which I was definitely at home, EXTRA to receive the delivery in a timely manner, or not to miss it. Kind regards.

Zero stars: Ordered 10 days ago and still no delivery, although it has been announced 3 times - completely unacceptable.

Caution: Returns of clothing items also seem to be very difficult. I ordered a piece of clothing that unfortunately does not correspond to the function described on the homepage. My request for a return label is being ignored. Instead, it is only pointed out that only unopened packages can be returned. However, the product was never hygienically packaged. For the visual inspection of the product, it was necessary to take the product out of the plastic bag. I am curious whether my renewed request for a return label will now be met or if it will continue to be ignored. I would advise against purchasing from this retailer.

I still haven't received my package.

The invoice had the correct address Starenweg 9, but the house number was missing on the package label. Therefore, the delivery could not be made to my home, although this was confirmed by email. The shipment was then delivered to my daughter at Möschenfelder Straße 63, 2 km away. And I was lied to by the delivery person. Very poor service. Please get your address files in order. Is there compensation for unnecessary waiting time and travel to pick up the packages at the wrong address?

Swimsuit too small does not fit. Despite trying on with underwear, exchange is not possible... So paid 120 euros for nothing... never again, supposedly fast delivery and waited 6 days...
