I never receive a discount code

It's a pity that D I does not deliver to Switzerland.

Everything went great, but the result was not satisfactory and the item was simply too expensive for that.

I prefer to buy on account. But the price is of course also important. A waiting time of 3 days is also okay. I will do that again next time. Thank you very much.

I am happy with the order and the product. However, I think the delivery process could be reconsidered. The delivery was for an elderly person who cannot carry parcels due to medical reasons. The parcel was left next to the front door, even though I had left a request with the delivery provider asking for help to carry it into the home. I would have been happy to pay extra for this service, but unfortunately, this was not an option. I was also wondering why next-day delivery was not available for this order, as this is quite common now. I had to wait almost a week for the delivery. In conclusion, I am happy with the product, but I think the delivery service is something that could be improved.

Delivery time is way too long

Instead of 2-3 working days, I waited 3 weeks and had to assume that my order had gone wrong, even though the money had already been withdrawn. No one responded to my email.

Everything that had to do with your company was fine. Only the delivery via DPD was a complete scandal. I will never accept a shipment with DPD again. Outrageous what some delivery people allow themselves.

Overall (goods are always correct and in good condition) okay, only the delivery time is often longer than initially announced.

The panty liner detaches from the upper part of the underwear. The cause is a fault in the adhesion of the adhesive strip. The liner folds back and rolls up.

Fast delivery

Ware is great, contact is friendly and customer-oriented. Price/performance is fine. Shipping takes too long, if we had known it was coming all the way from Belgium?! The company name suggests shipping from Germany, and accordingly short delivery times.

If the orders also arrived on time, I would give more stars, the delivery times indicated on the website are often exceeded by up to three times - no wonder, if after payment by credit card the shipping only takes place several days later - otherwise everything is great - the price-performance ratio is right

Order arrived in two deliveries and one took a very long time

Shipping took way too long, I ordered elsewhere later and it was there earlier.

The delivery has still not arrived despite multiple announcements. I also cannot really determine a reliable arrival date in the shipment tracking.

The shipment was not complete; the error was presumably with the carrier (DPD). It took x emails to get things moving and clarify the situation. There were 2 trips necessary to pick up the goods, taking about 1/2 hour, totaling 13 days. It's a shame, the information regarding the transport tracking was actually not bad; but the mistake was presumably with DPD.

1 star deduction for the delivery time which is quite long otherwise everything is fine

Hello, I had problems with you and the order for the first time. Therefore, I do not want to judge too harshly. However, I would like to address the following point. The quality of the Tena Slip Ultima active fit I ordered was poor. For this reason, I also contacted the company Tena and received a replacement. Fast delivery and good goods

The delivery took way too long for a daily use item

The order has only arrived about 30% by today.

The items are satisfactory. The delivery via DPD is not at all. But if the house number is missing, this can only be partially blamed on DPD. With my call on the day of the promised delivery, June 10, to DPD, this could be corrected. However, the tracking leaves much to be desired, on one hand, on the other hand, despite another call on Wednesday, June 11, I was finally able to receive the item, but ONLY on Friday afternoon at the parcel shop. (The tracking provided delayed information and incorrect details, e.g. supposedly a total of 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, during which I was definitely at home, EXTRA to receive the delivery in a timely manner, or not to miss it. Kind regards.
