Thank you for your comment. By default, our spools of thread are about 9.5 kg - 10.5 kg. We usually do not sell spools to individuals as they are usually large quantities to avoid these differences. In your next order, we will add those 500 grams, but you can check that both rolls of 10.5 kg and 9.5 kg have the same meters. Jute is a natural fiber that loses weight over time because, let's put it simply, it dries out.

I am happy with everything, treatment, speed and prices, but I would ask that the photos be of better quality, because on the web the fabric looked denser and in reality the bags have a more open and thick weave and do not serve for what I needed.

The package was too long, as it measured almost 3 meters and does not fit in the elevators, so we had to receive it on the street, open it, fold it, and take it upstairs. Our suggestion is to ask the customer if they want the fabric rolled or folded, and this way the size of the package can be chosen to facilitate delivery. Everything else was fine. We are sorry that you could not take it up in the elevator as it arrived. However, our salespeople usually indicate this when making the purchase. We understand that the customer knows that the fabric is 3 meters high, as stated on the website. And that there are customers who do not want it folded due to the crease it leaves.
