Very complicated delivery with DPD, I took a day off to receive the package, the delivery person claimed that I was not there, delivery postponed 2 days later, I take another day off, I stay at home and here we go again, he says he passed by which is false! Moreover, he had my phone. In the end, it was me who called twice to get this information and learn that the package was left at a pickup point... outrageous!

Terrible service, they respond to emails whenever they want and very slowly, since you've already paid... Waiting for my order for almost a month, the order tracking service is practically non-existent, you receive a tracking email from a third company in my case woocommerce without a tracking link.
