Fast delivery but very expensive compared to the product!
The discount auto sport service has no problem. The big problem is having to pay an extra fee to be delivered at home and the delivery driver is not able to come to the house, especially when we take a day off. And we end up with the package delivered to a pickup point. So we should change service providers. Avoid DPD. I called their service for this dissatisfaction.

I don't think the cables were the ordered length. I didn't check before assembling it. Loose in the box, and expensive for the quality. I found better quality and cheaper from another distributor. And the site is very slow.

I do not recommend it, I ordered 10m and ended up with two pieces of 5m stapled together for a heat-resistant sleeve, not great when you need the full 10m without cuts, and I received no response from customer service.
Not very easy to use. Contradictions between the information you enter and the answers on the site which say the opposite. Order not registered even though nothing is missing... The very competent staff remedies these problems.
Too bad there are no mounting holes.

The rendering is fine. But... Installation isn't easy when it's your first time. I would have really appreciated more explicit installation advice, as the plan shows how to connect them. But...! Difficult to fix to the ceiling, so no further explanation. And finally, the plastic connectors are too flexible and a bit fragile.

The order was prepared fairly quickly, but the description of an item I ordered was incorrect.
Package received promptly non-existent soap
Solder connections a little small, not suitable for automotive use. Crimping possible on cables, but not easy as there is little space between connectors.
Order incomplete I have not received what I ordered and paid for! Disappointed!!!
Not enough hindsight I ordered only once, the glue not top.
Poor quality hose. It deteriorated on contact with hot oil.
