Products not in accordance with my order

I haven't received any follow-up email, and the estimated delivery date has not been met.

On July 21st, I placed an order and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails and have not received a response. I cannot have a worse opinion about this company. I have been scammed.

I ordered one item code but another arrived, I returned it but I had to pay for the shipping costs to make the return and now I have nothing in hand, communication with the seller is absent

I still haven't received the order that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago, what a shame!!+

Delivery was punctual and package well packed, unfortunately the description only has Asian characters, no instructions in German or English included. Very unfortunate.
