I haven't received any follow-up email, and the estimated delivery date has not been met.

On July 21st, I placed an order and I still haven't received it. I have sent several emails and have not received a response. I cannot have a worse opinion about this company. I have been scammed.

I made a purchase on this page and supposedly I was supposed to receive the order in 4 days. I have been waiting for more than two weeks and it still hasn't arrived. Terrible service.
Product conforms and was sent quickly, but €6.99 for DPD delivery in 24/48 hours, for an item sent in a bubble envelope with a "green" stamp. Excessive shipping costs considering what my order actually cost in shipping fees.
Package not received after so many days, not even a response. Shame.

Unfortunately, the oscillating rotary tool did not work for long, barely 1 valve. However, at low speed with a screwdriver on the socket. This item seems to be a gadget.
