Hello, it is imperative to write to us directly upon receipt of the package, if there was an error we can modify it immediately and find a solution quickly. For this order, we sent the chocalhos directly from the supplier, we did not see the package and its contents. After research (to find the error) we found that it was a reference error (inversion) that caused you to receive black chocalhos instead of natural wood ones. Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. We did send your package on 10/02 (following your order of 6/02). We only became aware of the issue on 3/03 following this message posted on guaranteed reviews. We deduce that there is a problem with the carrier. We managed to locate the package and at the same time we were able to fulfill this order. The thickness of a skin is always delicate. For us, it's thick and for you it may be 'normal'; a medium can be considered thin according to our standards.

Djoliba's attention is always great, both in the preparation of the package and in the shipping, I was surprised that the package was very damaged externally and closed on the side with tape from the French postal service, the instrument was not damaged. Instrument "guembri" not compliant.. A broken tuning key, a pine bridge!!! Asymmetrical and poorly sized! And the strings are too old and fraying. Even at -50% it hurts the budget for an instrument that needs to be completely restored.. "sold as new"

The order took over a fortnight to arrive. In the end, I had to send part of it back because the timbao was dented. This was unfortunate, especially as I wanted to use a regional store and avoid ordering via Thomann or Woodbrass. I'm still waiting for my money back.

I'm satisfied with the tumba skin, but less so with the bongo skin (macho), which I didn't manage to fit. 30 cm diameter instead of 25 cm wouldn't be a luxury.

at first it was very difficult to order via the site because the order page was not scrolling and this is not a story of personal Internet connection it is a question of server layout . The parcel arrived but the product itself was really very bad I bought a quadruple Jew's harp and 3D Jew's harp doesn't work and they were completely almost folded so damaged I confess that really I have the laziness to return them to you but I lost 30 euros I'm not sure to recommend a product from you sorry .
