Hello, we ordered natural wooden chocalhos and not black ones. Moreover, one of them was scratched. We kept them because we need them quickly. But still disappointed. Delivery okay

Hello, it is imperative to write to us directly upon receipt of the package, if there was an error we can modify it immediately and find a solution quickly. For this order, we sent the chocalhos directly from the supplier, we did not see the package and its contents. After research (to find the error) we found that it was a reference error (inversion) that caused you to receive black chocalhos instead of natural wood ones. The thickness of a skin is always delicate. For us, it's thick and for you it may be 'normal'; a medium can be considered thin according to our standards.

Very disappointed with the product. A rather reduced rattle even though it is noted double roots, 120 gr... In the end, very expensive. However, the sound remains pleasant.

It's not your fault but the delivery man delivered when we weren't there. He called and told me that we had received a message for delivery. Yes, an e-mail at 9.20am the same day. How can you make arrangements like that? As a result, the parcel was dropped off at our neighbor's house, but I wasn't able to check it until the evening. Fortunately there was no problem apart from the parcel being half-opened to see what was inside...

It would appear that the Tibetan bell is not entirely made of the 7 metals mentioned, according to the sound it produces... Listening in the store remains a must!
