Fully satisfied with the purchase of my battery, even better quality than the one from my new bike. No anomalies, works perfectly. However, I was told that it was not charged when it actually was. Hence, when I put it to charge for the first time, the indicator on my old battery charger remained green. So it was indeed compatible with my new battery, contrary to the possibility that I had been informed about.

Another battery than the one I ordered was sent to me. A refund request is in progress after a return in RMA, without a relevant replacement proposal. It has now been 10 days that I find myself without a solution... A commercial gesture on a possible next order would be appreciated!
