Ultra fast delivery and well protected, I only give 3 stars because in my case I had to significantly modify my support (rack and luggage carrier) to be able to install the battery. I took the initiative to modify my bike, but I think a return would not have been a problem. After 8 hours of work, I am satisfied with my purchase and my assembly with modifications is almost undetectable. Before the order, I had asked for advice, a warning message would have been greatly appreciated.

Only the carrier is to blame. The rest (site, order) is satisfactory.

Battery identical to the original

I am very satisfied because thanks to doctobike I found the compatible charger for my bike. The exchanges were smooth and I immediately felt that the person was committed. The delays were a bit long due to the manufacturer, but the connection with customer service reassured me and I was finally delivered.

the battery arrived well with perfect packaging. However, I am surprised that the battery was not charged to 100%. We'll see how many kilometers I can cover with assistance. Initially, I could do about 100 km...

The purchased product completely meets my needs thanks to very good communication with doctibike. It's just a shame that I couldn't refurbish my old battery (quote more expensive than a new product)

Good. One of the two stickers that says "if this sticker is no longer attached, the warranty is no longer valid" has already fallen off by itself after 1 day. So I hope this is not taken into account if I need the warranty.

Despite the long wait for delivery from the factory, I always received quick responses to my emails. The company also suggested refunding the paid amount.

Very happy to have been able to repair my battery rather than throw it away. However, a small alignment issue means that it now fits a bit difficultly into its base.

There were some problems but they were neatly resolved.

I have received the charger. It works well and is quiet. The one before (October 2023) did not last and was noisy (refurbished I believe).

Perfect product and shipping

I give it 4, I could have given it 3, because there were quite a few issues. At first, I received 2 different opinions (one saying to have it repaired and the other that it wasn't worth it, whereas it is definitely worth it if you buy a battery afterwards since the diagnostic fee is deducted). Then the diagnosis of my battery came back with no other comment than faulty circuit. Then I wanted to order a battery but had to follow up, and the battery was not at the right price because there was ultimately a 20 EUR offer to buy back the old one. Finally, I received my new battery without a charger, and Doctibike also did not send back my old charger. This was done quickly after following up. In short, it seemed to me that there was good will but not enough professionalism.

I have received the replacement engine that was certified compatible with the old one, but it is in degraded mode because the speed sensor is not recognized, whereas after a connection test on the old engine, the speed sensor is indeed functional.

It has been more than a month since I have been trying to exercise my right of withdrawal, I have completed all the requests from Doctibike, including filling out forms and others. Without a response, I contacted customer service who asked me again to fill out the form. It is endless and in the end, no refund despite the return at my expense of the product in early August 2025. I am very disappointed.

How can a sales company be so negligent towards its customers? An order placed at the end of May with the confirmation that my delivery would be made within 15 days, and now, 3 months later, still no delivery and no explanation despite my various follow-ups. I was therefore offered at the end of August the cancellation and refund without any compensation for the damage caused. Two days after this cancellation, I was confirmed the delivery!!! In the meantime, I found another provider, delivery in 5 days and for a price of materials half as cheap. I will not speak well of Doctibike.
