Well received the electric bike battery but not the one ordered I am trying to order another one more in stock too bad because I am very happy with your services if by chance you have a Riverside 418wh 11.6ah 36v battery or compatible bike 500e or higher can you let me know best regards

Fully satisfied with the purchase of my battery, even better quality than the one from my new bike. No anomalies, works perfectly. However, I was told that it was not charged when it actually was. Hence, when I put it to charge for the first time, the indicator on my old battery charger remained green. So it was indeed compatible with my new battery, contrary to the possibility that I had been informed about.
