Customer reviews of Doctibike

There were some problems but they were neatly resolved.

I have received the charger. It works well and is quiet. The one before (October 2023) did not last and was noisy (refurbished I believe).

The processing of my order went very well, top-notch I recommend, now I am waiting to test the duration of my battery. Thank you.

In accordance with my order, I will be able to continue cycling THANK YOU

Reliable, efficient, fast

Perfect product and shipping

Arrived on time and product works perfectly

Very good communication

Excellent service and product.

Product meets my expectations. Delivery times as well. Thank you, see you soon

I give it 4, I could have given it 3, because there were quite a few issues. At first, I received 2 different opinions (one saying to have it repaired and the other that it wasn't worth it, whereas it is definitely worth it if you buy a battery afterwards since the diagnostic fee is deducted). Then the diagnosis of my battery came back with no other comment than faulty circuit. Then I wanted to order a battery but had to follow up, and the battery was not at the right price because there was ultimately a 20 EUR offer to buy back the old one. Finally, I received my new battery without a charger, and Doctibike also did not send back my old charger. This was done quickly after following up. In short, it seemed to me that there was good will but not enough professionalism.

Great! Replace as planned! Thank you

Very well, thank you

They didn't send me the charger I ordered

Extra fast shipping, very good contact over the phone. I recommend

perfect and fast

Very satisfied with your services, especially regarding the after-sales service, although the price of a battery remains quite high.

Did not have time to test the battery but the delivery was great!

Order delivered in record time and in accordance with my request.

Very serious company Fast delivery

Good

Fast shipping. Well-protected packages. Compliant with orders. I recommend.

I have received the replacement engine that was certified compatible with the old one, but it is in degraded mode because the speed sensor is not recognized, whereas after a connection test on the old engine, the speed sensor is indeed functional.

Very good welcome and efficient
