Excellent. All the elements to choose the right part were present on the site. Received on time. Installation of the part. The electric bike is working perfectly again. Thank you to the whole team.

Package sent and received very quickly, very careful packaging. The problem is that it is not specified that an extension is needed for the battery to fit in its housing, and that it is not available on your site. I had to buy it elsewhere, and it is not perfectly compatible (I admit that this is a permanent problem, these compatibilities :-(

The battery arrived earlier than expected, checked with voltage OK and charger. Well packaged, new. Compatible with the original Giant Entour rack. Unfortunately, the Ridecontrol display gives me an error, I will have to have the system checked by a Giant dealer (booked on 19.08)
