Following this battery purchase and a pin compatibility issue, customer service made a free exchange for me. Shortly after, a competitor responded to an old inquiry and, to my great surprise, offered me the same product for 235 Euros less! After contacting Doctibike and discussing the issue encountered, they agreed to refund me the difference. A rare commercial gesture. I recommend this site.

Request a return of the battery on my bike, 3 pins are necessary to operate the battery, but only 2 pins are there. Thank you for providing me with the procedure.

Ordered a battery, 1 month later while the money has been cashed I am told that the battery is no longer manufactured... they offer me another model that is a bit cheaper and a refund of the difference.. 3 weeks to refund this difference and so back to 2 months of waiting for the battery.. No apology, no commercial gesture and the customer service even tells me that I should have called them before ordering!! A shame!!
