Despite a problem encountered with my new battery (certainly due to my bike) After tests, it turns out that the battery works well and you still agreed to refund me. 5 stars for your responsiveness and professionalism.

Ordered 2 reconditioned Bosch powerpack batteries. As for the order and delivery, nothing to say, it was efficient and very fast delivery, 2 days. So 5/5 for the purchase and delivery. I will travel over 1000 km between Spain and Portugal, I will give you feedback on these two batteries which will be additional batteries for me.

I searched for this charger for my Nakamura Crossover 2025 electric bike on the internet and I only found it on the Doctobike website. It was out of stock, so I had to wait 12 weeks. Finally, after about 8 weeks of waiting, I received it and everything seems to work properly. Let's see how long it lasts. So I recommend this site. Thank you.

Excellent customer care. They answered all my questions. I purchased a Shimano elops battery. I received it in 4 days, after a weekend in Spain. The battery was new and working perfectly. They solved my issue. Thanks.
