Product conforms and delivered on time. As for the quality of the product, it will take a long time, I hope, to have an opinion.

Very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery BUT not satisfied with the carrier who was supposed to deliver to my home. The product was delivered to a pickup point 18 km away!!!??? I reported it to DPD: no response!

Bicycle technician for nuuuuuut.com, I was able to order and have batteries ordered from Doctibike. The batteries are compliant, the advice is good in case of doubt, and the delivery is fast. Top-notch. Thank you.

The battery arrived earlier than expected, checked with voltage OK and charger. Well packaged, new. Compatible with the original Giant Entour rack. Unfortunately, the Ridecontrol display gives me an error, I will have to have the system checked by a Giant dealer (booked on 19.08)

The doctobike site and the responsiveness during email exchanges. However, the delivery company never showed up at my home. So on this aspect, I was not satisfied.

Excellent welcome, very friendly staff as we were passing through for vacation and they were very accommodating in finding us chargers. In short, when I need new parts and/or accessories for our electric bikes, I will start by inquiring with Doctibike before looking elsewhere!!!

Perfect, good product, well received. One regret, it was impossible for me to have a technician on the phone before the purchase to know what the different alternatives were.
