Too bad, no extra power supply cable in stock. Fortunately, my girlfriend's e-bike charger fits it. Discharges very quickly, just 25km of autonomy.

Then follow up to ensure my order is taken into account and follow up for it to be delivered ... and get help from the bike seller to adapt the battery (integrate a wire into the bike that acts as an adapter! so-so but the interlocutors are pleasant nonetheless

Hello, yes I am happy to have bought a battery from you and to get my e-bike working again, but I am a bit disappointed that I can't cover as many kilometers in one go; with the old battery, I could do a hundred kilometers. Thank you anyway.

After it was not clear whether the product was used or not, Doctibike made great efforts to dispel all doubts and also offered a return. The display case was stained, but the display was better than my old one, so I kept it.

Responsive site and delivery time kept

Despite my numerous emails sent, I have received no response regarding the diagnostic report from 03/04/2025, which is completely erroneous. Following my various observations, the technician concluded that he had made an error and that my battery had lost 50% of its autonomy, which is entirely different from the report stating: charge and discharge voltage: 0 and that the battery pack was out of service!.......................

Develop a list of skilled people by sector. It took me three months to find someone capable of properly installing a display and its specific cable.

Compatible battery arrived with a small delay of 3 weeks, as the battery was out of stock. It seems to work well. Thank you for the advice on how to save on buying a new battery.

I received my engine, but I am not at all happy with the purchasing process on the site. Indeed, when I visit the site and find the model, a price appears to me. But as soon as I confirm my purchase, a different, higher price is then offered to me, and then as soon as I finish the transaction before paying, the price increases again without any explanation. Moreover, I sent a message to Pierre Hallard, customer service: "It's a bit strange because you tell me that I see the tax-excluded price, which is actually displayed including tax! By the way, now it is no longer at €832.50 but at €869.96. I don't really understand, but it does seem a bit like false advertising, doesn't it?" And he replied to me: Hello, Honestly, I couldn't tell you. From my side, the price of this engine has not changed for over 3 months; it is displayed at €999 including tax on our site. Wishing you a pleasant day, I remain at your disposal." So in summary, I went from €832 to €1007.33.

Package received quickly, but it doesn't fit. I'm waiting for an adapter for the cable and I would like to know how that is currently going.

Unfortunately, I bought a non-compliant S1 charger battery twice, despite the photos I did not receive the correct one, but the after-sales service is bravely searching, waiting to have the real one.
