Hello. Following my order and the shipment to the nearest delivery location you provided, the problems began. The Ribot café bar does not work with DPD. My package has therefore remained stored at DPD Gerzat. Several emails have been sent to me certifying that it would be delivered to 166, Léon Blum street, in a grocery store, which has never been done. I had problems with the delivery person who assured me several times that the delivery point had refused my package, or that it would be delivered the next day. Delivery by DPD is of very poor quality. I waited several days to retrieve my purchase and my bike. Being under repair, I was therefore forced to walk... Best regards.

Refurbished battery ok DPD (Nice) falsely claimed to have attempted a home delivery to justify a drop-off at a relay. AVOID DPD!

Ultra fast delivery and well protected, I only give 3 stars because in my case I had to significantly modify my support (rack and luggage carrier) to be able to install the battery. I took the initiative to modify my bike, but I think a return would not have been a problem. After 8 hours of work, I am satisfied with my purchase and my assembly with modifications is almost undetectable. Before the order, I had asked for advice, a warning message would have been greatly appreciated.

I received my engine, but I am not at all happy with the purchasing process on the site. Indeed, when I visit the site and find the model, a price appears to me. But as soon as I confirm my purchase, a different, higher price is then offered to me, and then as soon as I finish the transaction before paying, the price increases again without any explanation. Moreover, I sent a message to Pierre Hallard, customer service: "It's a bit strange because you tell me that I see the tax-excluded price, which is actually displayed including tax! By the way, now it is no longer at €832.50 but at €869.96. I don't really understand, but it does seem a bit like false advertising, doesn't it?" And he replied to me: Hello, Honestly, I couldn't tell you. From my side, the price of this engine has not changed for over 3 months; it is displayed at €999 including tax on our site. Fast delivery but very, very long for the refund (15 days)

Package received quickly, but it doesn't fit. I'm waiting for an adapter for the cable and I would like to know how that is currently going.

Unfortunately, I bought a non-compliant S1 charger battery twice, despite the photos I did not receive the correct one, but the after-sales service is bravely searching, waiting to have the real one.
