refurbished battery purchased, satisfactory operation. Shipping is free but it is necessarily a cost, it would be normal to have a discount when picking up the battery at the store, moreover it is virtuous for the planet especially when coming by bike

Delayed order due to stock shortage, the invoice should not be paid before the expected delivery. But everything went well, serious site.

Satisfied with the delivery, the battery fits my bike well, however a small downside. Why is the brand of my battery not the same as on the invoice? And the charger too

Ordered a battery charger for electric bike, received in 3 days, very quickly but it was not the model ordered. Following a message to customer service, I was confirmed that it was compatible with what I had ordered, I would have appreciated being informed of this difference.

Package sent and received very quickly, very careful packaging. The problem is that it is not specified that an extension is needed for the battery to fit in its housing, and that it is not available on your site. I had to buy it elsewhere, and it is not perfectly compatible (I admit that this is a permanent problem, these compatibilities :-(

Perfect, good product, well received. One regret, it was impossible for me to have a technician on the phone before the purchase to know what the different alternatives were.

Material compliant and received on time. Victim of a lack of seriousness from the carrier DPD who delivers wherever they want, to the place that suits them. Effective corrective action from Doctibike.

Well received. Seems to work on my Nakamura E-cliff. Too bad it's not cheaper.

Unbeatable price, super fast shipping. The only downside is the theoretical range (190 kms for my original battery) 177 for the one received

Very good reception of the product, contact with the company very good. The only issue is the lack of information to clip the battery onto the frame, you have to remove the lock cover, otherwise the battery does not clip on

I am very satisfied because thanks to doctobike I found the compatible charger for my bike. The exchanges were smooth and I immediately felt that the person was committed. The delays were a bit long due to the manufacturer, but the connection with customer service reassured me and I was finally delivered.

the battery arrived well with perfect packaging. However, I am surprised that the battery was not charged to 100%. We'll see how many kilometers I can cover with assistance. Initially, I could do about 100 km...
