As mentioned previously, I had to travel 25 km to collect a parcel from a Mondial Relay depot in Saint-Palais, even though there are Mondial Relay lockers in front of the Carrefour Market in Mauléon, 100 m from my home.

Hello, as explained by email, if the three Mondial Relay lockers near you were not offered when you chose a pickup point, it was because they were unavailable for a reason that only Mondial Relay can explain. We also offer other carriers, including Colissimo home delivery. Finally, you carefully selected the pickup point 25 km away when placing your order. Thank you for your feedback regarding the presence or absence of a programming button on the back of the KEYGO RTS. We were not aware of such a version. After contacting Somfy, they confirmed to us that it was the very first models, which existed for a short time and have not been produced for over 15 years.
The proposed model has replaced it since, and there is of course backward compatibility.
If other sellers on the internet still offer a version with a PROG button on the back, either it is an error, or it is a counterfeit remote control.

The programming procedure for Hormann bisecure was incorrect (with Somfy Passeo, works fine with the manual). After some research, customer service found a solution and will modify their procedure. Do not rely on the manufacturer's manual but ask them. I am satisfied with Domobip's customer service who was able to react to find a solution.

serious company, I received my remotes quickly. the only downside for beginners is that one expects the manual to be provided, that would have been a plus but I was able to pair them easily in this case.

In your case, there is a QR Code on the cardboard packaging with 'Instr. Manual' written on it, to be scanned with your phone.
