We are sincerely sorry for this delivery delay and fully understand your disappointment.

After discussing with DHL, the carrier confirmed to us that an exceptional internal operational malfunction had impacted the delivery of your package. It was finally delivered yesterday.

Even though this situation was independent of our will, we fully understand the inconvenience caused and offer our sincerest apologies for this experience. Furthermore, I am processing the refund of the shipping costs.

We still hope that you will be fully satisfied with your order.

Hello, We ordered on April 13, 2025, with an UPS Express option for 18 euros for delivery within 24 hours (guaranteed time). The delivery took place on Monday, April 28, which is 14 days late, well after the expected birthday date. No commercial gesture noted!!! We are therefore very disappointed with our Drawin Kids experience.

Hello Mrs. Martin, we are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction. However, it was clearly indicated that the item was on Pre-order: noted on the product sheet, as well as by email twice. You should not have hesitated to contact us by email upon noticing that you had not received your order within 24 hours. We would have obviously refunded the shipping costs before shipping knowing that you were expecting it for a birthday. Nevertheless, we did send it via UPS Express Saver and your order was shipped as a priority as soon as we received our tables.

The 16kg table and stools that I had to pick up even though delivery was scheduled... the delivery man never tried to stop by, he dropped everything off 35mn walk from our house instead!

Unfortunately, in this period of high parcel volumes, all carriers are overloaded and some no longer take the trouble to deliver directly to customers. We have lodged a complaint with the carrier.

Dear Madam,

Your order was placed on 28/10 and was dispatched the same day by our team using the delivery method you chose: UPS Express SAVER 24h.
However, for reasons beyond our control (firefighters' strike at Nantes airport from 28 to 29/10 - no flight was possible) your parcel arrived on 30 instead of 29/10.
We will refund the cost of express delivery. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience .

I spoke to your husband on the phone about this, but the Drawin'table x OMY offer was clearly detailed in our Newsletter: 1 OMY coloring backpack was offered on condition that you purchased 1 Drawin'table + 1 OMY sheet refill.
There was never any question of offering a refill of OMY sheets and a backpack with the purchase of 1 Drawin'table.
