We are sincerely sorry for this delivery delay and fully understand your disappointment.

After discussing with DHL, the carrier confirmed to us that an exceptional internal operational malfunction had impacted the delivery of your package. It was finally delivered yesterday.

Even though this situation was independent of our will, we fully understand the inconvenience caused and offer our sincerest apologies for this experience. Furthermore, I am processing the refund of the shipping costs.

As mentioned by phone, it is indeed not normal that the carrier did not fulfill its delivery commitment within the allotted and announced time. I am sorry for that. We had noted, according to your wishes, a delivery starting from 25/12, as the recipient was not available before that date. Despite this, the batch was delivered in 2 separate deliveries without us being informed.
Regarding the rabbit chair, we sent the batch of 4 missing screws on the same day as our phone conversation. The recipient should receive them today.

Hello Mrs. Martin, we are sorry to read about your dissatisfaction. However, it was clearly indicated that the item was on Pre-order: noted on the product sheet, as well as by email twice. You should not have hesitated to contact us by email upon noticing that you had not received your order within 24 hours. We would have obviously refunded the shipping costs before shipping knowing that you were expecting it for a birthday. Nevertheless, we did send it via UPS Express Saver and your order was shipped as a priority as soon as we received our tables.

Your order was placed on 28/10 and was dispatched the same day by our team using the delivery method you chose: UPS Express SAVER 24h.
However, for reasons beyond our control (firefighters' strike at Nantes airport from 28 to 29/10 - no flight was possible) your parcel arrived on 30 instead of 29/10.
We will refund the cost of express delivery. We are deeply sorry for this inconvenience .

Indeed, the reference you have selected "Refill of 80 sheets D70cm - Professionals" is composed of a mix of coloring sheets. We originally designed this refill specifically for hotels and restaurants, whose wish was to have a large number of coloring sheets, whatever the theme, so there are lots of multiples. We have indicated on our product sheet that the refill is made up of many multiples... We're sorry you didn't see this and we'll make sure to put it in bold from now on.

We understand your disappointment about the reversible tabletop having received a shock during transport. Why didn't you contact us after delivery to let us know about this after-sales service?
Like any company, we handle and manage after-sales service. In fact, as soon as you receive your parcel, it's important to check the table and send us an email with photos if there's a problem. A card with our e-mail address is included with every shipment.
We'll send you an email when we return from vacation on 12/08 to arrange a tabletop exchange.

It is surprising that you had to glue the elements ... the fixing system is without nails or screws, so it happens sometimes that our customers have difficulty to fix the parts together for fear of breaking the wood. But don't worry, the wood is very solid :) ! You really have to force to "clip" the legs with the top, whether it is for the table or the stools.

Regarding the sheet refills, we understand your comment. The price is explained by the exceptional format of our sheets, the certification (PEFC: All our sheets come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources), and the thickness of the sheets is 200gr/m2 so children can draw on both sides without transparency effect.
Finally, in an eco-responsible and anti-waste purpose, we always advise our customers to dispose of 1 sheet at a time. The sheets can be used on both sides. The rest of the sheets can be put under the chalk/velleda tray.
